My name is Chris Jones and I am the sole owner of J&M Redesigned Properties LLC. I have been in and around new construction homes since 2000. I began constructing three homes for myself and have spent countless hours researching the correct and incorrect things to do when constructing a home. I quickly came to the conclusion that I love designing homes for clients. Whether it comes to plans, going through the process to find what they like and don’t like, and then making their dreams come true for their forever HOME. My goal is to make long lasting relationships with my clients and continuing that relationship for many years to come.
A few years ago I had my best friend approach me and asked if I wanted to start a construction business with him and my immediate answer was “YES”. We started buying homes and completed several partial remodels including full guts and rebuilds. Since the loss of my partner Graeme Mitchell, I have made it my mission to help and build homes for our clients for many years to come.
I am a highly experienced builder with a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget. I have a deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and I have the technical skills to design and construct efficient and cost-effective structures. I have a strong commitment to safety and quality. I am an excellent problem solver with a knack for finding creative solutions. If you have a dream, I will do my best to make that dream come true.
We specialize in Barndominiums, Farm style construction homes, and Batten Board construction. Our Homes are steel construction for stability, spray foamed for unbelievable efficiency, Daikin HVAC systems for money-saving comfort and then finished out the inside with as many amenities as your heart desires. As our mission statement states, we focus on the client as the most important aspect of every build and we thrive to make all customers 100% satisfied.
